1. Contract
1.1 By signing and agreeing to our contract, you also give your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions listed in this document.
1.2 No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by the owner (Roma Blanchard) of the Company.
1.3 A signed contract is required before the start of any services. In some circumstances, such as Organisation Projects RB Dream Home, will require a deposit or up-front payment to purchase storage solutions.
2. How I work
Our Professional Home Organisation Services and Professional Housekeeping Services include an initial consultation and assessment of your property, followed by a discussion of your specific needs and preferences. This consultation is free of charge. This consultation aims to establish a picture of how we can adapt our services to your lifestyle and how we can best assist and help you. This consultation would take 20 to 30 minutes.
2.1 Home Organisation Services
2.1.1 During our visit, we will present you with ideas and suggestions tailored to your requirements. To create a professional organisational system customised to your workspace, we need to purchase organisational containers, baskets, boxes, etc. We will measure, for example you kitchen drawers to establish the exact amount of storage containers we require.
2.1.2 We will email you our quote, which will give you an estimate of the work involved and products needed to make the transformation of your space a success. Therefore, we will need to get an 50% upfront payment,
2.2 Professional Housekeeping services offer you the flexibility to choose from a range of options, including regular services, deep home cleaning or extra one-off services.
2.2.1 We provide housekeeping services on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. The purpose of this service is to maintain a high level of cleanliness in your house, one that meets your standards on a day-to-day basis.
2.2.2 We recommend all new clients start with a deep home cleaning service before moving to a regular service. In our deep home clean, we take an intensive approach, which is 10x more detailed than a regular clean. It is also more labour-intensive and therefore can take anything from two to three times longer than regular cleaning services. Please refer to our Professional Housekeeping Service outline list to see our cleaning process. Furthermore, you will find our specialised services, which we provide, such as oven cleaning, dishwasher steam cleaning, window track steam cleaning and much more.
2.2.3 Please be aware that additional time needs to be added if tidying up is required before cleaning, for which we need to charge extra.
2.3 Professional Home Styling Services
RB Dream Home provides home styling services designed to enhance the appearance, functionality, and presentation of your home. Styling recommendations, furniture placement, decorative accessories, soft furnishings, and sourcing suggestions will be discussed with the client prior to implementation. Any purchases made on behalf of the client must be approved and paid for in advance.
2.4 Complete Home Management Services
RB Dream Home may assist clients with the coordination of household services, contractor appointments, deliveries, property checks, and general household administration. While every effort will be made to ensure reliable service, RB Dream Home accepts no liability for the work or actions of third-party contractors or service providers.
3. Equipment & Products for Housekeeping Services
3.1 Cleaning products/materials and equipment will be provided by RB Dream Home.
3.2 If you prefer us to use only eco-friendly products in your house, please provide those products for us to use.
4. Packages & Payment Terms
4.1 Home Reset Package
Home Reset Packages start from £220. The final price may vary depending on the size of the property, the condition of the space, the scope of work required, and any additional services requested.
4.2 Organisation Session Package
Organisation Session Packages start from £160. Following the initial consultation, RB Dream Home will provide a personalised quotation based on the client’s requirements.
4.3 Professional Housekeeping Package starts from £80 per visit. Pricing may vary depending on property size, frequency of visits, number of bathrooms, and additional housekeeping requirements.
4.4 Specialised Services requested outside the agreed package may incur additional charges and will be discussed and approved in advance.
4.5 Payment Terms for our Home Reset Package / Organisation Session require a 50% upfront payment, the rest is due 7 days after the invoice date. unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
4.6 Payment Terms for our Professional Housekeeping Services are due within 24h of completion.
4.7 Late Payments
Overdue accounts may be subject to an administration charge of £25. Clients will receive two payment reminders before any additional charges are applied.
4.8 Access to Property
If RB Dream Home is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled appointment time, a charge of £30 may be applied to cover travel and lost appointment time.

4.9 Any extra services besides your regular home cleaning service or organisation service you wish us to do must be booked and discussed in advance. Please be aware that you are very welcome to change your cleaning plan as you wish and require, but you must keep in mind that any change will be timed differently and charges might differ from your original quote.
4.10 If, for any reason, we can not access your property on the day of your scheduled
services, we will be charging you £30.00 for the lost time and travel costs

5. Safe Key Policy
5.1 We hold and maintain a Safe Key policy.
5.2 We hold keys in a secure cabinet that is not near any address details.
5.3 If you have an alarm system, please ensure that RB Dream Home has been shown how to set and disable the alarm system. Any alarm system codes will also be held separately and securely from any key or address documents.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
6.1 We will never divulge your information to third parties, nor any personal and/or business details that we may be privy to through our work with you.
6.2 All details and information regarding your personal and business life and possessions will be kept completely confidential.
6.3 The only way in which your situation may be mentioned to others is in the context of our services, and then it will be depersonalised. It is helpful for us to be able to give examples to other clients of how particular situations can be addressed. For example: how long it took to deal with a room of a certain size, the furniture that was used for storage, and the solutions we found while working together.
6.4 If you agree, we also like to take ‘before-and-after’ photographs for use on our Facebook page, but this will only take place with your specific permission. Similarly, testimonials are welcomed, for use on our Facebook page but these will only be used with your specific permission and personal details will not appear.
7. Liability Insurance
7.1 We hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance coverage for all our services.
7.2 RB Dream Home is committed to addressing reported issues within 12 hours following our property visit. Should any problems or damages arise after our visit, we kindly request immediate notification. Please note that we may not be liable for issues or damages reported beyond the 12-hour timeframe.
7.3 We are committed to promptly resolving any issues with our services through our service guarantee. Therefore, please note that we do not offer refunds for our services.
7.4 While we will always handle your possessions with great care and consideration. Due to the nature of our work, unfortunately, accidents do occur occasionally, if a damaged item can be replaced, we will ensure that we will either seek a replacement or give you the value up to £50.00. However, if it is more than that amount, we will claim it under our liability insurance.
7.5 Our insurance company will thoroughly investigate any claims and will only consider responsibility if RB Dream Home admits to causing any damage.
7.6 We advise our clients to inform us beforehand about any items of great value, fragility, age, sentimental value, or any items that have been painted, coated, waxed, or that they prefer we do not clean.
7.7 We are not responsible for the wear and tear of any items in your property or any losses. It is essential that you maintain appropriate and up-to-date insurance policies to ensure you are adequately compensated.
7.8 RB Dream Home will be not liable under circumstances arising due to key, water, or electricity issues or if, there is a third party working in or around the home at the time of your scheduled organisation or housekeeping services.
8. Cancellation
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations may be charged at the full scheduled service rate.
9. Purchase of organisation and storage solutions
9.1 Any new ideas and suggestions for a better organisation and storage system, such as boxes, drawer organisers, plastic containers, baskets, etc., will be discussed with you upon your approval. We will research the best possible deals and create a purchase order for these items for you.
9.2 The purchase order must be signed on your behalf, and we require an 50 % upfront payment to proceed with the organisation project. After our project is completed, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance, which will be issued, and payment will be due 7 days after the invoice date.
10. Our working hours
10.1 RB Dream Home operates Monday to Friday.
10.2 Bookings are made based on the agreed service package and project requirements. Our quotations are provided according to the scope of work discussed during the consultation. Should additional services or work outside the agreed scope be required, these will be discussed and approved by the client before any additional charges are incurred.
11. Travel Charges
Services are provided within a 15-mile radius of Halstead and Braintree. Travel charges may apply for appointments outside this area and will be discussed with the client prior to booking confirmation.
12. Breaks and Refreshments
We’ll need to take a few minutes to hydrate occasionally. We will take a 15-minute break every 3 hours worked. These breaks are included within the session time.
13. Removal of Items for Organisation
Items to be removed from your premises, either for disposal or to other locations, must be at your discretion. Disposal will not take place without your authorisation.
14. Best Advice for Organisation Services
We provide advice in good faith, and it's your call whether to keep or get rid of specific possessions. We can't be responsible for your decisions. Sometimes we handle items that may have a high market value. Although we try our best to recognise these items, please understand that we are not experts in identifying valuable or rare items, nor can we assess items for insurance purposes.

RB Dream Home Services has established its business and reputation by delivering excellent, high-quality services that prioritise integrity and honesty. However, the company recognises that because its staff are human, mistakes can occur.
